A Non-refundable deposit of your total session retainer, (including additional person or travel fees and sales tax) is required to book your date. It covers my time and talent, and 2 8x10's and 2 5x7's printed images of clients choice.  You may reschedule your Session once, provided you give us written notice at least 48 hours in advance (email is acceptable).  If you give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, the deposit may be applied to re-book within 4 weeks. All weather related cancellations are made at Sonija’s discretion and will automatically be re-booked.

• Locations further than 25 miles from Sonija Lea Photography (zip code 85206) will incur travel charges. Please contact me if you have additional questions.  (I do travel out of state if requested.)

• If air transportation is required, clients will be charge actual expenses, including but not limited to airfare. I will arrive the day before the event and leave the day after. It is very important to do so. This will assure that if any unforeseen circumstances arise I will be there in plenty of time and can perform at my best.
• Prices include the Arizona sales tax of 8.3%. It will be added at the time of purchases (applies to prints and products only). * If travelling to another state with no sales tax you will not incur this tax*

Within 3-4 weeks of your session, your fully retouched and edited images will be available for proofing and ordering. Your Ordering Appointment will be scheduled during this time. Your Image Premiere and Ordering Appointment will be scheduled during this time. Image Premier and Ordering Appointment are conducted at my home with access to a variety of product samples. All decision makers must be present at this session, and your order must be placed and paid for at that time. Ordered images are available. Ordered images are guaranteed to be available for 6 weeks from your session date, images not ordered are purged.

For each person you refer who books and completes a session, you will receive a $50 print credit OR a free gift portrait. Only one referral credit will be given per booked client, so make sure your friend gives your name and your name only!

I accept payment by cash (hand delivered), Check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
